Refund policy

Digital Products

All digital products are Non-Refundable. Once delivered, digital items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

Physical Products

Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at danielle@daniellekgirl.com with clear photos of the issue. If approved, return instructions will be provided.

Returns for change of mind, customer incorrect orders, or any other reason are not accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital products

  • Sale items

  • Custom or personalised items

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
